I Am a Relationally Focused EMDR Therapist

My approach to therapy is client-centered and built on a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe you are the expert of your own experiences and already have the ability to heal and create meaningful change. My role is to guide and support you as you work toward healing and the life you want.

I am not a therapist who simply listens and reflects your words back to you. I will be present, engaged, and connected with you throughout the process. Together, we will pay attention to the thoughts, emotions, and physical reactions that come up during your sessions.

Feeling safe, understood, and supported is an important part of healing. I work to create a genuine connection where you can process difficult experiences without feeling as though you must face them alone.

I also believe therapy does not have to follow a one-size-fits-all approach. I am willing to challenge traditional ideas, think creatively, and personalize therapy to fit your individual needs.
