EMDR Services

EMDR is:

Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, which is a therapeutic framework that helps the brain ‘digest’ disturbing memories so they no longer linger in the nervous system, creating freedom to feel calm and safe in the present moment.

Releasing trauma from your body promotes:

  • Your body’s natural healing mechanisms (mental, emotional, and physical)
feeling more confident to socialize (with family, workmates, or the world in general)

  • A stronger, positive self-identity

  • Deeper access to your inner guidance system (intuition & knowing)

  • Enough energy to maintain daily habits that feel good to you

  • Feeling safe and secure with people you trust, including being sexually intimate

  • An ability to let go of old thought and behavior patterns in favor of new ones that are aligned with your personal goals

For people who:

  • want lasting relief from chronic pain or illness (physical or mental),

  • want to see results faster than the traditional, weekly talk-therapy model,

  • who want to get back to the joy of daily living,

  • honor your grief while gaining back your energy for yourself and your family.
